What is it that I want to show you when you visit?
Will my flat tell you the truth or a fabricated story about me?

Do the objects we surround ourselves with influence us or do they merely show who we are?

Captured Memories: Analogue SMS (2009)

I was always afraid of losing my phone.
It was because of the valuable things that the phone carries.
In case I lose my phone, in case my phone erases all the memories, in case I miss my ex-boyfriend...
I have written down all of my text messages from my phone from the very beginning of its existence.
With this booklet containing all the text messages, it is just became another form of photo album.

I became aware and subconscious about my personal and private life.
I wanted to tell people about it but I didn't want them to know about it...
So I decided to go through the system of codes in order to tell people about the messages.

The space you occupy, your radius, the area of your direct control.
What lives in this area?
Do you want to extend it, shrink it?
Inside and outside of your body, how do you influence the space around you?
Design an object or objects that inhabit the space inside the radius of your out- stretched arms. Alternatively, create objects that help you reinterpret, change or extend what we call ‘at arms length’ beyond physical limits.
